First, I would like to offer my condolences to the families and victims from the Aurora, Colorado shooting. I will also refuse to mention the shooters name and grant him a second of fame or any time in the lime light.

However, since the massacre, we once again are dealing with mindless idiots in regards to “tighter gun control laws” and attempting to take away any of our last rights we have left.

They refuse to accept that the founders made it very clear that the 2nd Amendment was created to protect the people from a tyrant government. They claim “why do people even need assault rifles?”

First, I would like to address the manner in which you choose to use a ‘play on words’ in order to assist you in attempting to achieve your goal of ‘gun control’. These assault rifles are actually semi-automatic rifles, much like a 22 rifle is. The military and law enforcement versions are the true assault and tactical rifles.

Secondly, this falls back to the 2nd Amendment where it states, “weapons of the time”. OK STUPID! These so called assault rifles would be weapons of the time, not to mention that some hunters use them for big game.

Finally, we understand your mindset better than you realize, gun control actually has nothing to do with GUNS, but merely CONTROL. Just like you want to control what people think, eat, smoke, drink, and drive. Some people choose NOT to be you or anything like you, so leave everyone else alone and move closer to those that are like you.

These hard core anti-gun proponents refuse to understand that LAW ABIDING CITIZENS are not the problem. Those who complete conceal carry courses and get their CCW permits ARE NOT THE PROBLEM.

If you abolish all firearms, do you really think that people will stop killing each other? Look at Europe, yeah, that’s working like a charm, instead of firearms, they use bombs and cause even more damage. People will use cars, boats, planes, clubs, bats, rocks, bricks, ropes, chains, fist, feet, and make homemade bombs. So all of these things need to be outlawed as well, of course, it will be for everyone’s best interest. And then ONLY OUTLAWS will be armed.

For those of you without any basic common sense, let me explain this to you. Criminals DO NOT ABIDE BY THE LAWS, that is why they are classified as CRIMINALS.

Let us take a look at how well outlawing drugs has worked, again the law abiding citizens are not the problem. Since it has not curbed the problem, you better start creating thousands more new laws to stop the criminals who are not obeying. Same with prostitution, the criminals are not listening, they just join the OWS group and then are given a pass by most of our Democratic leaders and the Dept. of Justice.

Instead, why don’t you focus on fixing the real problems where they start. People used to teach their kids responsibility, whether it was courtesy, respect, the proper handling of a firearm, and manors, not to mention morals.

How about getting FAMILIES back to spending time together and stop using school, sports, tv, and video games as a babysitter. How about getting away from the “BLAME GAME” and start teaching them to be held accountable for their actions. This needs to be applied to those that choose to be elected into ANY elected office, regardless if it is at the local or federal level.

Therefore, before creating more rules that only penalize law abiding citizens, see if you are part of the “Blame Game” problem and refuse to address real solutions. Besides, you probably drive a car and are a threat to all pedestrians, not too mention the planet, STUPID.

Nobody is keeping you here, you could move to a country that has already abolished Constitutions, freedoms, and citizens right.

Mitt Romney as President

There is a good chance that the ultra elite, rich Mitt Romney might be elected as President of the United States. Why? Well first off, any candidate is better than our current president! Heck, considering that G.W. Bush was far from being a good president(I was not happy with him at all), but right now, I sure do miss him.

First, Mitt Romney he has connections. He has the money to fund his own campaign. And he has made his name known. This is very important, since the voters tend to be very limited in their ability to focus. This was proven in 2008, by Senator Obama. Nobody questioned what “Hope” and “Change” really was, it was catchy. Nobody questioned what his views really were or where he came from or bothered to dig into his college information. It was irrelevant since he had a catchy phrase, that is all that mattered.

I have some reasons why I want Mitt Romney to become our new President:

• Anybody but Obama, country won’t survive another 4 years.
• He actually had job first.
• He is a business man.
• He will run the government like a business.
• He will repeal “Obamacare” Health crap.
• As a Mormon, he believes in God and Christ.

Now I have several reasons that I don’t want Mitt Romney to become our President:

• He won’t cut spending.
• He agrees with NDAA.
• He agrees with the Patriot Act.
• He won’t eliminate the IRS and use a flat tax (will lose write offs).
• He is anti-guns, even if it means violating your rights.
• He does not care about protecting the Bill of Rights.
• He does not care about protecting the US Constitution.
• He won’t take the time to hold members of this administration accountable, he does not care enough about our country.
• Won’t secure the border (cheap labor for business).
• Will not ban Lobbyist in every way, shape, or form.
• Will not eliminate the EPA or at least cut out the bad regulations.
• And finally, as a Mormon, he most likely puts Joseph Smith above Jesus.

If only America could find a TRUE PATRIOTIC AMERICAN instead of the lesser of 2 evils, or the evil of 2 lessers, don’t know which it is.

Maybe, just maybe, from out of nowhere, a real American Hero will arise.

Senator Claire McCaskill

I am a Missouri resident and voter, I often have disagreed with Senator McCaskill, however, there have been somethings she has done right.

A couple of years ago, she run into some issues with her husbands private airplane, which I thought she handled appropriately. She immediately paid the debt and made him sell the plane.

Secondly, I can honestly say that during the healthcare debate, her office continued to take calls up until the vote while our Republican senator took the phone off the hook so voters could not call him because he had an Amendment he wanted to attach to the bill. I knew when he did this, he had already sold out the voters. At least she made it appear like she cared a little.

Not that it mattered because she simply rubber stamped the presidents vote, and went along with Nancy Pelosi and ‘voted for it first, then read it later’. NO, that is not right, that is not what we elect these officials for. READ IT FIRST, AMEND IT, THEN VOTE ON IT.

However, my biggest reason for voting against her, is because she has been in this position for far too long. She must go, she is part of the problem with Congress, they have all been in office far too long.

Senator Roy Blunt (R) was elected in 2010. Has he done anything to make the headlines? NO. Has he done anything for Missouri? NO. Has he done anything to hurt Missouri? NO, but come 2016, I will vote him out. Not because he has done anything wrong, but because I refuse to let these morons ruin our country. Once they realize that Americans are not playing games, and they MUST fear us, I might let one stay for 2 terms (maybe).

But if they are not willing to fight for our rights, freedoms and the US Constitution, I want them removed as soon as possible.

If them and our Governor is not willing to stand up against the very federal government that is trying to take away the states rights, I will vote to replace them with those that will.

I think for the first time, that I understand the beauty of voting.

Obama Bypasses Congress, AGAIN

Yes, our president is taking it upon himself to bypass congress yet again. There will be serious repercussions from this that neither he nor his supporters are considering.

One, congress is there in accordance to the US Constitution as a matter of checks and balances to prevent a president from becoming a dictator or tyrant. By allowing this president to bypass congress is setting a precedence for future presidents.

Therefore, for those of you who support these actions, consider this, are you going to be so happy when future presidents can bypass congress to do as they please? Such as when someone equal to another G.W. Bush is elected, because you will not have say since you allowed this president to set a new standard for all future presidents to follow.

Additionally, consider the fact that by the president bypassing congress, he is also bypassing the VOTERS who put congress there as a checks and balance. Therefore, he views your VOTE as completely irrelevant.

Another thing to ponder is, for Americans, he is choosing to give your job opportunities to those who broke the law to enter our country illegally, at a time when most Americans are suffering.

For those who came to this country legally, well, he just figures you are complete idiots for following the laws of our country.

Finally, for those of you who are here illegally, he just assumes that you are nothing more than a needed vote for re-election. After all, what has he done for since 2008? He pretty much ignored you, had nothing to do with you until now. Yep, you are as stupid as American voters. Unfortunately, after re-election you will no longer be of any use to him.

For those in the Hispanic community that he refers to, do not feel as though he has forgotten you since 2008. He has attacked your Catholic faith, his administration has sold and sent thousands of assault weapons to the drug cartels in Mexico that were responsible for the death of your families, friends, and fellow Mexican citizens. For many of you that made it here, he claims to have the highest deportation rate of any president, allowing you the chance to try and survive slaughter by the cartels a second time.

So welcome to America, where you and your potential vote will become absolutely meaningless. The rights and freedoms you are trying to go after will not exist, and the dream you hope for will vanish as you will become an irrelevant statistic. It is not even your VOTE he is after, he just hopes that those in the immigrant community are foolish enough to fall for his re-election strategies. And many of you thought you were escaping tyrant government leaders and corruption.

2012 – America Wakes Up

Can it be true? Can the sleeping giant actually be waking up? It appears more and more each day as if Americans are starting to wake up and fight back against the liberals, progressives, socialists, and the atheist here in America. But is it too late?

We have a government that is literally trying to collapse our economy. This presidents’ administration is refusing to stop spending or printing money we don’t have, in order to achieve the goal of joining the new world order and global currency. But, it’s not limited to this president, it had taken me a while to realize the true agenda behind Former President George Bush’s going to war in Iraq.

First I thought it was about getting revenge with Saddam Hussein for his father, then I realized, it was about spending the money on a war they had no intentions of winning.

Former President Bill Clinton removed the checks and balances from the Great Depression, the very checks and balances that prevented another depression for 66 years. Then within 9 years after President Clinton removed them, it happened again. These people are all working together and party has nothing to do with it.

Since President Reagan, all the presidents have all openly talked about the “New World Order” regardless of what party they belong to. This is something that crosses party lines unanimously, but not until after they are in the White House. None of them ever mention it while campaigning for office. It is interesting that they all increase the size of the government and the budget. This has allowed the government to expand to a point where the people fear the government instead of the government fearing the people. LET’S TAKE BACK AMERICA.

America, the sleeping giant appears to be waking up, but it might be too late. This beautiful country is possibly too far divided, and most people don’t want to admit that it is our very own government that is destroying us from within. I have been saying for 20 years that they have been working to keep us divided, because if the people are not divided, then they will start to pay too much attention to what the government is doing behind those closed doors in Washington.

All Americans can do is keep waking up, fighting back and disregarding parties. Vote according to the one who will put political correctness aside and fight for the Constitution, our rights, and best interest of the citizens of this country. The one who will “Honor the Oath” they take to defend America and the US Constitution. It is not too late to look for someone NOT running for office, who believes in America, the Constitution, the people, and their rights, and write their name in. This would take a movement of great proportion to get the majority of America united to write in the same name, but it can be done. It was done in 2010 in Alaska, the people wrote in the name of a candidate not on the ballot and won.

I only suggest this because GOOD PEOPLE NEVER run for a corrupt political office. It might be time to force one of these GOOD people to take control and save our country. The right person most likely will not run for re-election, they will probably want to go home and live their private life in quiet.

All I can say is, I want to see our country saved and don’t want to our country fall apart or have another civil war. Nobody will win in a civil war, people families, friends, communities will all be destroyed and that American innocence will be lost forever. And it will be at the cost of millions of American lives, EVERY person will be affected. Please America, you have to wake up! I promise that if you wake up, it won’t be too late.

Write In Candidate

By now, the majority of America wants the current president, who has basically been trying to BS his way through office, removed at the next election. I have been surprised by the number of Democrats and African-Americans who agree with this. Even I have been caught off guard by the vast number of those who oppose him. I thought for sure the union leaders, Al Sharpton, and Jesse Jackson had them brainwashed. Was I ever wrong.

However, one theme that is common with everyone – our choices SUCK! Here we have crap being shoved down our throats. The best choice of those remaining is a worthless ultra rich, political pile of garbage. Trust me, I am being as diplomatic as possible in that description.

We need a candidate that is from the lower class, that does not have political ties, lobbyist ties, been paid off by oil sheiks, threatened by the Muslim Brotherhood, or Mexican drug lords. Someone who truly believes in America, the Constitution, Bill of Rights, and Declaration of Independence. We need someone who has actually worked a job, run a business, and does not believe in parties or racial division.

Our government uses the parties, Al Sharpton, Jesse Jackson, unions and OWS to create and even enhance the racial division in America. They have to! Because if Americans are united, they will pay too much attention to those in power and what they are doing. Division is required for THEIR own sake, not the peoples.

Time to find a write-in candidate and force them to take control. Write-in their name. The right person will have 2 goals, save America and go back home as soon as possible, much like George Washington. Read your history, that is all he wanted to do, was simply go back home, but America needed him to fight a war, America needed him to set the standards for all American presidents that followed. They did for a while, now they have their own agenda. I am referring to everyone of them for the last 40 years, who have lost their way, principals, standards, ethics, and morals.

This requires Americans of all races, genders, and parties to unite and create an underground movement to put someone in office that has morals, values, principals, standards, and has a family they want to go back home to once they have saved America. No, I am not talking about using social media to spread that name either. Homeland Security monitors them. Use the underground railroad system, not your cell phone, but an actual land line. Spread the word in person, and when you want to notify someone out of your area, actually write them a letter and use the post office. America CAN catch them off guard, and we must have a total disregard about that write-in candidates race, gender, or ethnic background so long as they truly believe in America.

But be prepared, those in power will do everything in their power to render the write-in candidate null and void. They will not like the fact they spent all their money and time being defeated by an unknown and you. Yourself will probably be surprised at how fast America can communicate using a simplified underground system. Just be prepared to challenge these officials when they balk at a write-in winner. Take it to the streets, if needed.

America Underestimated

I have discovered recently that Americans might be underestimated by its own government and those who are attempting to destroy it from within. America is far more awake and prepared than many may actually realize.

By talking to people locally and through various networks, I am discovering that the peoples’ distrust in a government that is suppose to be protecting them, has reached an all time high. I am talking about Democrats, Republicans, Independents, Union, Non-Union, and Christians alike.

What I have discovered, is people are far more prepared with food, water, medical supplies, survival gear, firearms, ammo, bows, arrows, clothing, seeds to grow food, sewing supplies to make clothing, books (real books) that teach the true history (not anything with the new altered versions), cash, gold and silver for currency, and bartering and communication networking.

You might be wondering, whats with the history books and cash? Well, IF, and after the government does try to collapse America, this will cause a civil war. When it is over, people WILL return America back to it’s Constitution Glory, and intend to return it back to it’s existing currency and destroying any new global currency implemented. Americans are apparently preparing to show their true resolve to those in power, this includes the government, the rich, and those who think they have sleeper cells in place.

Americans, have started to tell the same TRUTH that our media and politicians have been telling. And they are starting with the polls. Democrats are telling them they are voting Independent or Republican. Independents are telling them they are voting Republican or Democrat. And Republicans are telling them they are voting Democrat or Independent. Those in power are relying on the polls, only when elections get here, they might be in for a huge surprise when they discover the underground movement that is taking place.

Americans will prove that it is better to die fighting for what they believe in than to let their enemy win and simply take over America. American citizens, whether veterans or not, are adopting the “Death Before Dishonor” motto. To let an enemy from afar or from within take over, would be a dishonor.

Similar to the Muslims who are willing to die as martyrs for world domination, Americans will die to prove a point, you will not take America alive or in one piece. PERIOD!

GUN Control Law – Options

Here in the St. Louis area, a community called Chesterfield, attempted to impose an ordinance stating that it was unlawful for a homeowner to discharge a firearm within 150 feet of their home. What the city did not apparently anticipate was the community showing up to protest them in outrage.

This law would have made it so that homeowners could not protect themselves or their homes from an invasion, robbery, rape, or attempted murder. Members of the community showed up and voiced their concerns and made sure the council understood that it violated not only the Missouri Constitution, but the US Constitution and the 2nd Amendment. Furthermore, the US Supreme Court ruled in 2009 and 2010 that a homeowner has the right to own a firearm and use that firearm to defend themselves and their home.

Well, this had me thinking, if there are that many idiots out there that believe that gun control laws actually work, maybe it is time to grant them their wishes, sort of. How about we do an experiment and have a complete ban in certain areas, and I do mean a COMPLETE BAN. Yes, law enforcement would be banned from firearms, bodyguards for the rich, famous, and politicians would also be BANNED from owning or carrying firearms, period!!!

We could test this strategy in the places where people truly hate guns, places like, San Francisco, CA, Chicago, IL, New York City, NY, and Washington DC. This would be a complete ban for the idiots that actually believe that it would work. This means NO FIREARMS, not the police, secret service, CIA, FBI, any type of security guard, or security agency. Not for the citizens, lobbyist, rich, famous, or politicians alike.

Now, under this scenario, everyone would be happy. Those that hate guns would have their own little havens, gun owners would have their own SAFER havens, and the criminals would know where they could go and rob, burglarize, rape, and murder people safely. I say everyone wins!

Newspaper Calls for Obama Assassination

I must say that I was in complete shock that a newspaper would run such an opinion piece. This writer of the article is just looking to be the first citizen to be rounded up and detained under the newly adopted NDAA guidelines.

Additionally, I hope and pray that nobody assassinates our president. Not only because he is our president, but because such a thing would be very, very bad for our country. The first and foremost reason is that he would go down in history as a good president. He would be listed with the likes of Abraham Lincoln and John F Kennedy. This president would truly enjoy knowing that he was going down in the history books with them instead of the history books where he should be – as the president that removed President Jimmy Carter from the number one spot of being the worst president.

Second, this would make Joe Biden as the president and Rep John Boehner as the vice president, in charge until the elections. Talk about the blind leading the blind. We would go from bad to worse, and you didn’t think that was even possible? Well this would prove you wrong almost instantly! Joe Biden would more than likely take the title away from President Jimmy Carter in record breaking time, more than likely, the first time he said something.

Third, many Americans and members of congress would more than likely vote to keep this presidents unconstitutional bills intact in honor of his memory. When the truth is, removing him from office alive means we can get them all repealed in dishonor of his presidency.

Fourth, if someone does assassinate him, Israel would automatically be blamed. This would mean that America would be at war with its only remaining ally (since this president has alienated all the others). This would also mean that the entire world would be at war with Israel, since we are the only ones left not trying to eliminate them and kill all the Jews, although many in this country are trying.

Regardless, it boils down to the writer of the article and the editor from that newspaper as idiots. They have a right to free speech, but that is the problem with people today, they don’t think before speaking.

Same Old Crap New Election

Here it’s 2012 and we get the same old routine for campaign runners. We have a genuine piece of crap running as a Democrat and a group of dingle berries running for the GOP nomination. We need a true NON-politically correct nominee!

Currently, only Ron Paul is willing to take a stand and say what he believes. However, I personally have some reservations about his policies that he has put forth. He is the only one that takes a true stand on the US Constitution, stripping the federal government down to a reasonable size, cutting spending accordingly, closing the border, pulling the US out of the UN and kicking the UN out of the US, and getting back on the gold standard.

However, on some of his foreign policy, I do have reservations. I am not disagreeing with him about the need to bring troops home and stop being the worlds police, but in some regard we do need to keep a presence available in strategic locations. Furthermore, I am not convinced he would deal with other world leaders in an appropriate manner.

If we cannot get serious candidates who will take a stand, eliminate political correctness, promise to SECURE the US Constitution, instead of spending money on glitzy inauguration parties, then they are not a serious candidate. If they cannot promise to cut the budget back to 1990 levels, cut the size of the government back to 1981 levels, eliminate the IRS and use a flat tax, eliminate 98% of the EPA and strip their over reaching powers, and eliminate the Federal Reserve as the governments printing press, then they are not the candidate that we need.

The point is, we are getting the same old crap every election cycle. We need a LEADER who is going to take control and focus, first and foremost, on the US Constitution, Bill of Rights, and REPEALING a lot of wasted programs and socialist agendas that have been implemented. This will not sit well with many people or leaders of other countries, but saving America should be PRIORITY NUMBER ONE!

If necessary, maybe America needs to find that one person who is truly passionate about America and spread the word and write their name in on every ballot. Just to ensure the elections are not rigged, the people would need to be in the streets and their front lawns with signs saying “ I wrote in the name of”. Why? Because I have no doubt that this president will do anything to secure his position, even rigging the 2012 elections, provided he does not find a way to suspend them due to a “financial crisis” of some sort.

America needs someone without political ties, lobbyist ties, and big business ties. Someone that has an absolute passion for America and is not afraid to tell people and the world, this is what America is doing to secure it’s future and position as the leader of the Free World!

Disband the Federal Government

.

It states in the Declaration of Independence, that the people of the states have the authority to dissolve the government in the event that it is no longer working for the benefit of the people, where it becomes a tyrant or rogue government and ignores or usurps congress and the Constitution.

This would be a temporary solution while a NEW government was established according to the powers granted within the US Constitution. This would eliminate the oversized government, which is creating an oversized budget, not too mention totally disregarding the majority of the people.

Eliminate the EPA, IRS, Dept. of Justice, Dept. of Education, Dept. of Labor, FBI, CIA, Homeland Security, FAA, Federal DOT, FDA, Dept. of Agriculture, Health and Welfare, and most important of them all the Federal Reserve.

Issue arrest warrants for ANY and ALL current or previous presidents, vice presidents, senators, house representatives, and hold them “indefinitely in military prisons without due process” as they want to do to American citizens and voters who do not comply with their totalitarian policies.

I have said ALL because this has been in the works for several decades. Both parties have been working together behind closed doors to move our country in this direction. Their inability to work together is nothing more than a “reality TV show” that has been poorly written and played by worthless actors who are getting paid way too much.

Our state governors could effectively handle the dismantle of our federal government and have a new government in place and ready for elections in November of 2012. Simply put our national debt on hold, tell the creditors we are taking a moment to restructure and if they don’t agree, well then, it is time for America to simply discharge its debt and file bankruptcy.

President to Dictator-Congress Not Needed

President Obama has once again circumvented congress and yet American voters and congress say absolutely nothing. Our president is acting more and more like a dictator and proving that he does not believe in the Constitution he had sworn to defend.

At what point will he get impeached? He has shoved more crap and created more legislation that is literally destroying America and giving himself more and more over reaching powers than our fore fathers ever intended. They even warned us that a future government would try to do exactly what he and his buddies are doing.

He is not even trying to appoint people the normal way, he can’t, most of his appointments could not meet the screening requirements. He is creating positions for czars, these are what socialist dictators assign to their cabinets. Has nobody even noticed that either? When will American voters WAKE UP and make their voices heard?

Waiting until the November 2012 elections just might be too late America, make your voices heard now. Start calling the media, mayors, alderman, senators, whoever you can and make your voices heard! Tell them what is coming about in November. In regards to the media, hit them where it hurts, start calling any and all ADVERTISERS, let them know you will not buy their products. Turn off all TV stations, this hurts their ratings and they must correct whatever is wrong or go out of business.

Ever heard of free movies at the library? Less TV and more family time is a GOOD thing. Too much TV is part of the problem with people today, not just the content, but many parents have adjusted to the TV as a babysitter for their kids.

Get your news from the internet and newspapers, that will get the attention of the news media. As soon as they realize their rating numbers have fallen off the face of the planet, they will change the way they report the news. They might even become neutral and go as far as reporting the TRUTH.

Start putting signs on your cars, trucks, and vans, write it with soap on the windows. Put signs in the windows of your houses, create an atmosphere that can not be avoided. Let the dictator in charge and the media know just how America really feels. Or you can choose to simply be cowards and let the socialist driven OWS “I want mine” crowds take over and decide for you. All because you are too scared to be heard. What if someone does not agree with you, too bad, you are taking back and saving your country.

Start reminding the president and congress that they swore an oath to defend the US Constitution! If they are not doing their job in defending America and the Constitution from a tyrant government, then it is time to replace them with those who will, period! The whole reason our fore fathers created the second amendment was to guarantee that the citizens had a means to protect themselves from a dictator and a tyrant government.

It is time America. These idiots in Washington DC are working together behind closed doors, DO NOT fall for the public display of the fighting between the parties. Time to get rid of President Obama, Vice President Biden, Nancy Pelosi, John Boehner, John McCain, Harry Reid, Dick Durbin, Roy Blunt, Maxine Waters and the list goes on. I simply do not have the room for all 535 names. They have been working together in one form or another for over 30 years, they caused the problem, we the voters can FIX the problem.

Christians Stand Up

Over this last weekend, 5,000 Christians in Texas united and stood defiant against the (FFRO) Freedom From Religion Organization that has been trying to make a town remove it’s nativity display from the local courthouse.

The town’s commissioner has flat stated, “NO Way!” The Texas Attorney General has said “NO Way!” and now Christians have united and made their voices heard. They made it clear they have absolutely no intentions of removing it.

For far too long and far too often, a handful of squeaky wheels have been making all the noise and the Christians have been sitting quietly by and letting them destroy our faith, country, and judicial system.
Well, it is finally time that Christians stand up and fight back, after all, our founders built this country based on their belief in God and the Ten Commandments.

The more these liberals tear away at the very core of this country’s foundation, the more we collapse. They make it punishable to bring a Bible or say prayer at school, then wonder why kids started shooting each other. They forced the government to remove any signs, words, or thoughts of God and then are not able to figure out why politicians have become so corrupt.

Well, it is time America and Christians fight back and have their voices heard. One thing that atheist fail to remember or want to talk about is that the US Supreme Court ruled that atheism is a form of religion. So why should Christians let their voices be removed so that Islam and Atheism can replace it?

Contractors Building Detention Camps

Now that the National Defense Authorization Act has been unanimously been approved by both parties, the funding and contracting has begun to build temporary detention camps. These are simply detention facilities to hold American citizens until they can determine if you need to go to a more permanent detention facility or dealt with in another manner more fitting.

Yes, this has been in the works since President Jimmy Carter, and every president since then has had their part in it. Each president has passed a specific executive order regarding FEMA in the event it is necessary to implement Martial Law. Just another example of how the government has been taking away our rights, liberties, and freedoms one step at a time so that the people will not notice. When will America WAKE UP?

This is one of the most serious and blatant signs that our own government no longer fears the people but the people now fear the government. The founders warned us that if we did not pay attention, this very thing would happen. This is clearly a bi-partisan project. Even though they cannot agree on the debt ceiling, budget cuts, spending, or taxes, they can clearly agree to arrest and detain indefinitely and use the military against citizens in our own country.

Why is it that every president, regardless of party, signs into law with an executive order, giving FEMA overreaching powers and authority. Authority to invoke martial law in the event of a natural disaster, man-made disaster, financial crisis, or public disruption. And they all seem to forget to mention that to the voters.

Would that include their non stop spending spree that is driving us into an economic collapse? Maybe it would include the public disruption from the OWS Movement, they so dearly endorse. Maybe it is the Tea Party Movement that they refer to as terrorist and enemy!

The president has already worked around Congress and openly states he will continue to circumvent Congress in future actions. America has sat idle and allowed these parties to do as they please in hopes that things will turn out different. WAKE UP America, it is all a smoke screen and a well orchestrated show. Both parties work together behind closed doors, then publicly put on a show that makes it appear as though they can’t stand each other or get along. WAKE UP!

They already have over 600 detention centers across the country. Quit being lazy, do some research. Even MSNBC mentioned it in one of their articles over the weekend of Dec. 11, 2011. MSNBC, for God’s sake people. Will you sit by and figure that it won’t happen to you until it is too late? Well, it just might not happen to you, YET. Is it because you conform and agree with our current president? What happens when they have rounded up everyone else and have nobody left to go after, except you? Maybe it will be the next president, the one that’s like another George Bush, will you have a problem with it then? It will be too late then, besides, if George Bush and Dick Cheney were as mean and evil as President Obama wants you to believe, then why does he have one of Dick Cheney’s companies contracted to build temporary detention centers in all 50 states?

Finally, do the math people, these facilities will house MILLIONS of people, supposedly terrorists and enemy combatants. REALLY? Do the math, 10 years of war in Afghanistan and Iraq, we managed to capture a couple of thousand, we have ended the war in Iraq and have brought the troops home. Who is the enemy? The American VOTERS who are standing up against an out of control government? The government who no longer fears the people?

Not convinced yet? Hey, they have even requisitioned special made train cars with shackles. WHAT? They intend to capture that many here in America? How long have they known about this? Since they clearly knew it was an issue, then why weren’t they able to secure the border? Does this sound like a conspiracy theory? Well ask yourself what could this be leading up to? The New World Order? Every president in your lifetime, regardless of party has been telling you about the New World Order. You might be trying to deny it, but the pieces are starting to fall in place and it is hard to deny it anymore.

Our government, when the truth is discovered, convinces people it is a conspiracy theory so that people will simply blow it off. Why? Because they know human nature does not want to believe the truth, it is easier to live in denial and hope that things will get better. The New World Order cannot come about that easily, people will not allow it. BUT, if there is a global financial collapse and people are starving, they will agree to anything to eat and make it better. With global currency comes an Open Society and One World Government. America, please WAKE UP!

Congress Can Agree to Violate Constitution

It is true, the one thing Congress can reach a bi-partisan agreement on is to violate the Constitution they all took an oath to defend. They did this unanimously with very little bickering or debate. They all agree that they need to have a “Police State” similar to the Gestapo in Nazi Germany before and during WWII. Using our own military forces against us on our own soil, without due process, similar to the KGB in Russia.

Maybe you agree with them on this bill right now, however, will you feel the same way if someone like another George Bush becomes president? If you disagree with them then, will you be considered to be a threat and get arrested without due process?

Ok, and maybe you are an Obama supporter, that’s cool, that is your right, however, why does the president you support have Dick Cheney’s companies building detention centers that will house millions of prisoners. During 10 years of war, we have not arrested that many enemy combatants globally.

This is one of those pieces of legislation that once it is in effect, you will not get it over turned later to suit your needs. This violates our rights and Constitution on more than one level.

They refused to change the wording so that citizens would be offered due process, they refused citizens to a fair trial, they refuse to say how long one can be held, but simply made it indefinite. Basically, until you conform to their way of thinking and have been effectively been re-educated. So maybe you don’t have a problem with this right now, but would you have felt that way if it was George Bush who was implementing this and holding you until you thought like him?

It is time to remove every one of these politicians NOW, forget next November, they voted to violate our rights and Constitution NOW! This was BOTH parties, the same parties that cannot agree on any thing of importance, but they agree to a police state without arguing.

Do not go out into the streets to protest, this is what they are counting on, they want a reason to enact Martial Law. Instead, call EVERY radio station, TV station, talk show, and the offices of every state governor, senator, mayor, alderman, councilman and anyone else. Let them know you want these people out of office NOW. Let them know that when elections come in November, they will be voted out and the people will want them prosecuted for violating the Constitution, the rights of American citizens, and the oath they took.

This is where the Democrats, Republicans, the supporters of the Tea Party, and the OWS have went too far and no longer represent anyone except themselves. They are only trying to make it so that their job is protected from being voted out or having to listen to those who disagree with them.

They only want YOUR money, assets, and the POWER to control you, this has nothing to do with what party you support or belong too. If this bi-partisan agreement does not make you realize that both of the parties are working together against all of the citizens, then you are either seriously lost or in denial. I urge you to wake up!

American Soil is a Battlefield

Yes, it is true, the Senate has voted 97-3, to classify America as a battlefield, as outline in the National Defense Authorization Act, S. 1867. Thus allowing the military and law enforcement to hold enemies, those classified as terrorist, or anyone they view as a threat, indefinitely, without a trial or due process.

Now the first part states Al-Quida and exempts citizens, however, the second part has no definition to clarify the difference between terrorist or citizens and no exemptions for citizens. It’s all in the details, this can include citizens which would mean, no trial, no lawyer, no defined prison terms. This is a clear violation of our US Constitution and the 97 Senators who voted to allow such legislation should be removed from the office that they hold, no due process, no trial, no lawyers and sentenced indefinitely, just so they can understand, first hand, what they have done.

These Senators are an absolute disgrace to the American people, their constituents, their states, their families, their friends and the office they hold. Not just because they voted to violate the Constitution, but to make it even worse, 97 members of the Senate agreed on this. This Congress cannot agree on anything. They have not agreed on any one single piece of legislation or proposal in the last 3 years, yet when it comes down to having the right to treat citizens like enemy combatants, they are all buddy, buddy and having a party.

Now as Americans, I suppose it would only be appropriate for us to show them more compassion than they are willing to show us. Therefore, instead of holding them indefinitely, I recommend that we just hold them for a really long time with out the hope of parole.

These are officials who have taken an Oath to defend the Constitution, this includes our rights, and they are clearly violating our rights, Constitution, and the Oath they took upon entering office. In a perfect world, these people would not be impeached or imprisoned, we could just send them to the streets of Iran to read the Bible out loud, cover to cover, you know, just an experiment, just to see how long they last.

Choosing Our Next President

It’s time to choose a president based on their beliefs, values, and ability to speak the truth, have we not been lied to enough over the last 4 decades. It’s time to hold them accountable for their actions and the promises they make on the campaign trail. Do not take any more fluff from them, make them give full details of the things they speak of. We already had someone promise “Hope” and “Change”, but would not ever break down in detail what that was. We were promised that the unemployment would not ever get above 8%, and that the federal deficit would be cut in half before his first term was over.

If you believe in your country, you believe in freedom, rights, individuality and the Constitution, then it is your duty to start putting these people on the spot. Make them give details about what they will do to save our country. Will they forgo the glitzy, extremely expensive inauguration party and get to work? Are they willing to resign for lying to the people if they do not keep their promises? Will they, on their first day in office, sign an executive order that protects the “original” Constitution and Bill of Rights against their own and any future presidential administrations?

Will they repeal any current legislation that prevents the growth of small business, such as healthcare, and EPA regulations that cannot be met? Enforce current immigration laws? Stop lawsuits against states for enforcing the laws? Prosecute any employee of the federal government, regardless of status or position, that has evaded or broken any federal laws, statutes or broke their Oath to Office? Will they streamline, simplify or change the tax codes to a flat tax? Will they, at a minimum, close tax loopholes? Will they freeze their own pay until our deficit is reduced or eliminated? Will they freeze the pay and benefits of congress until the deficit is reduced or eliminated? Will they bring our troops home, end these bogus wars and stop meddling in everyone’s business until we have saved our own country? Will they cut the size of government in half within 30 days? Will we be allowed to question our president without being labeled a racist, terrorist, or enemy? Can you remember when America was great because you could question your president?

If they cannot give you a straight forward yes or no to these questions without a big, fluffy, politically correct answer, they are not serious about saving America or it’s citizens and I urge you not to vote for them. If the media networks cannot ask these tough questions, fairly to each and every politician, then it is time to stop watching those networks. Pick up a free movie from the library, go to the theater, or simply spend time with your family. Without your ratings, they lose advertisers and money.

Start calling your local news outlets, let them know you want the truth and facts. You want these very questions asked and will not tolerate anymore one sided news reporting. You are one person who can very much make a change.

Congress – From Kids To Dictators

We have a Congress, like kids on a school playground, that cannot agree on anything. They cannot even agree to disagree on any issue of importance like the debt, taxes, spending, budgets, or a bill to help businesses create jobs. Yet, like dictators, they can agree on using the military to arrest citizens in our own country that they classify as a threat to their agenda. To make it even worse, there will be no limit on how long they can hold you and you will not even have access to an attorney or due process.

Don’t be lured into this by party, there are progressives in both parties. They have one agenda, to give themselves greater power and change the landscape of our country through the process of eliminating the US Constitution and our rights. These annoying little documents are getting in the way of their own progress. You have “establishment” Democrats and Republicans, don’t be fooled by them, they all want to pull the wool over your eyes. They are being lead by a leader who doesn’t know how to lead, but he sure is good at pointing the finger at everyone but himself. This far into his term, he should have already accepted some of the blame. We all know or grew up with this type of person, everybody except them is wrong and to blame for everything that happens. They can usually find a sucker or scape goat that will willingly take the fall for them.

Look at John McCain, one of the sponsors and writers of the National Defense Act, S. 1867 that has recently passed the House. He is a progressive politician, if he had been elected in 2008, we still would have reached the point we are at today, just through a different path that might have been a little more well hidden, but would have still brought us to the same place.

Another example is Newt Gingrich, he is an establishment Republican, he has changed his campaign strategy and is telling the voters what they want to hear, hence is poll numbers have been rising. He is a part of the establishment, if you want Washington as usual and the total destruction of America, then by all means vote for him, Mitt Romney, Rick Perry, or Obama. Should you, for some reason see Hilary appear on a ticket, beware, she too, is one of these smooth talking progressives.

They all made fun of Herman Cain for his 9-9-9 tax solution, yet at that point none of them had a plan of their own. Then suddenly, they all came up with some form of tax plan once they realized that the voters were very much interested in changing the current, over reaching tax codes, that are so confusing even the IRS does not understand them or agree on there interpretations. In any case, the point is, they all jumped on the bandwagon and are willing to tell you exactly what you want to hear. They do and say anything just to get in office, then when in office, they do the complete opposite of what we sent them there to do. We need to stop listening to these people. It is not what they say, it is what they do that is the problem. We need learn to hold them accountable for their past and present actions and demand more from them. We live in times that we expect more from a fast food restaurant that is making our lunch, then we do from politicians that are making our laws. This thinking has got to change and it has got to start with us.

Feds Target American Citizens

America, wake up! Our government has created legislation behind closed doors, voted on it behind closed doors, and if you don’t agree with them, then YOU are the TARGET!

Yes, Senator John McCain and Senator Carl Levin have drafted this bill in secret and voted on it in secret. This bill, known as, National Defense Act, S. 1867 grants them broad unlimited powers in using our military to arrest any citizen they deem a threat and hold them, jail them, and never even have to press charges against them. Sounds pretty much like the KGB in Russia, doesn’t?

This bill requires the presidents signature to become law, therefore, there is time to send a message that is heard and unforgettable. These two senators should be impeached for even writing such legislation. This bill is in direct violation of the US Constitution and if the president signs or has already signed this bill it would be an impeachable offense for him as well. They all took an OATH TO DEFEND THE CONSITUTION and this is in direct violation of that oath.

They want to write secret bills, vote on secret bills, and not tell who voted on it or what is in the details of it, well, then we as voters have no other choice but to impeach every senator and member of the House, the president and vice president included. These are individuals who have demonstrated that they will clearly draft bills in secret, even bills that violate the Constitution, our Rights, and even goes against the Oath of Office. Why would we trust them to remain in office?

These are very serious violations, not only should they be impeached, but charged and prosecuted for their treasonous acts against their own citizens. They say it is for our own security, to protect us from terrorists, then why such a broad scope? They can arrest anyone who opposes them and do not even have to file official charges, let them be represented by an attorney, or talk to their families, nobody would ever even know what happened to that person.

The Constitution is very clear on this, if it is the best interest of the citizens, why the closed doors and secrecy? Remember what Benjamin Franklin said:

Those who give up their freedom for security, deserve neither.

We hope that everyone has an opportunity to give thanks during this holiday. Do not fall into the trap that because you are out of work, had your car repossessed, or are behind on rent or mortgage payments that there is no reason to give thanks. These are simply material possessions, that is not what you should be thankful for.

Thanksgiving is a time to be thankful for family, friends, and good times together. That is possible because of the freedom we are able to enjoy that was all made possible by the Constitution, Declaration of Independence, and Bill of Rights. We should also find a little time today to be thankful for our founders for implementing them for us, as well as our children and grandchildren.

Under Oath, Sworn To…EVADE?

One of the biggest problems with politicians today is that they seem to have a total disregard for the oath they took when entering office. Apparently, most of them either feel that they are above the law or are smarter than everyone else and can skirt around the ones that don’t benefit them.

These problems exist at all levels of political office, from the local alderman up to the president. Below is the Oath of Office, copied from the www.senate.gov web site. It is pretty much the universal oath for all offices, some might be slightly altered to reference a particular state, county, or municipality.

Oath of Office – I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office on which I am about to enter: So help me God.

Today I read the letter the White House sent over to the House of Representatives, in regards to the Solyndra scandal. It stated the request for all and additional documents would put an “unreasonable burden on the president’s ability to meet his constitutional duties.” Basically, while he is out and about running a re-election campaign, he can’t be bothered with something as an investigation into what he did and did not know about Solyndra getting approved for a loan. Even when the government loan program said it was a bad investment and company that would default.

Almost everything this administration has done so far is to challenge the Constitution to it’s maximum limits, remember the Oath? “support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic”, or “without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion”. The part that says “or purpose of evasion”, really seems to be what this entire administration has been doing.

Obama’s administration has taken the oath from above, but the president didn’t. His oath is a little shorter and does not include the part about evasion. Not that it would have made any difference, but maybe the president’s oath should include it. After all, at every turn, Obama and his entire administration appears to be doing, just that, evading the Constitution.

For example, I view Healthcare Reform as very unconstitutional. They claim it is not any different than having to have car insurance, REALLY?. But I can choose not to buy a car or simply not drive and I won’t have to have car insurance. Then I am not fined or taxed extra for not buying car insurance. With Healthcare Reform, I can live and be forced to buy, at a higher cost, mandatory health insurance or be fined by the government, through the IRS with extra tax levies. The other choice is too, well, die then you won’t be forced to buy health insurance or be fined.

Obama’s refusal to pressure his US Attorney General, Eric Holder, to enforce Federal Laws on immigration, instead of working with states that are actually doing their jobs. They are constantly challenging them in court to stop them from enforcing the current laws. Now Mr Holder is in the middle of his own investigation with the Fast and Furious scandal, where the Department of Justice allowed 2,500 firearms be sold to illegal immigrants and the Mexican drug cartels. Those guns were then used to kill civilians, including a Border Patrol Agent.

Our president has spent a lot of time standing behind the youth in other countries, helping them force their dictators out of office and sending their countries into utter chaos. But I guess it was his job to interfere in the matters of other countries, even though his own was falling apart. And for the one that did not agree so willingly, he joined NATO in attacking Libya and forcefully removed Gaddafi. All Gaddafi had to do was step down, give up his country, let the Muslim Brotherhood take over, and institute Sharia Law, then he would still be alive today. This is where our president decided to evade once again. This time he decided he did not need Congress and that the War Powers Act did not apply to him.

Maybe it is time to discuss money matters, it is not that this administration is spending money faster and in larger amounts that gets me. It is the fact that this administration has counterfeited money, and still is. This administration has used crony capitalism in every shape and form of the statement! This is all done through the Federal Reserve, which is a privately owned entity, and what they are doing is counterfeiting money. If I don’t have enough money and print some extra to spend, then I would go to prison for counterfeiting. So how is it justified?

Occupy Wall Street is a movement that wants to destroy our government and the entire financial and banking markets, and this administration endorses them. Uh, shouldn’t we be protecting from enemies, foreign and domestic? I am pretty sure anyone trying to destroy or take over our government, or crash the country by destroying the financial infrastructure, is an enemy.

Currently, we have the jobs bill being thrown at us. Many of the members from the presidents own party will not endorse it, so the president has stated “we can and will not wait on congress, we will go forward without them”. He has his staff looking for ways to EVADE, the Constitution. His official spokes person said it will not stop there, they intend to look into regulations at every agency to find what they can change without congress.

When it was time for bailouts and stimulus funds, the heavy campaign donors were taken care of first, the same goes for the green energy loan approval process. Now it appears that everyone that our president has helped get funds, has gone bankrupt, and nobody really knows where the money went. It does appear that all the top execs have been given their bonuses first, however.

This administration has also endorsing union leaders who pretty much called for war on American voters who do not have the same beliefs, views, or intentions of voting for their agenda. The president was standing with those who were trying to create a standing army against citizens. They may want to actually read the Constitution.

I am just reviewing this administrations 3 year track record, and I am still trying to find where they have done the job they were elected to do. I do not see where the president or his staff would be burdened in their ability to perform their constitutional duties, just by coughing up some paperwork. Their constitutional duties is not to evade the Constitution. If you haven’t been able to do your job in the last 3 years, you probably should stay home and not run for office.

Obama Scheming, Again

.

In the 3 years that Obama has been in office, he has been a very busy boy. He has let this country fall apart and has created legislation that prevents job and economic growth. He has helped create jobs in India, Kenya, and now Finland. He promised Egypt a billion dollars to help them create jobs, in Egypt! He gave $25 million to a band of rebels in Libya, you know, the ones who were trying to kill our troops in Iraq. He can hear the protestors on Wall Street who want to collapse our economic system and government just like he stood behind those who toppled Egypt, Libya, Yemen, and Tunisia. Now, while America continues to suffer, he says he is trying to create jobs in America. Sorry, but after what we have seen the last couple years, we just don’t believe it. Really, the only job he is concerned with is his OWN!

He is now using his jobs bill as another way to find loopholes to once again circumvent congress, yet again, similar to the Libya’s not-war, war. He has even assassinated an American citizen, with a total disregard for our constitution, congress, and laws. He has spent more time trying to get all the other world leaders out of power and collapse their country. He was opposed to war just 3 years ago, now he spends more time interfering with every country on the planet and creating chaos.

Not only is he using his jobs bill as a campaign tactic, but also as another excuse to work around our laws, constitution, and congress. His adviser even stated that it will not stop there, they will be going over every agency and policy to see what all they can alter without congressional approval. Excuse me, but that is a sign of a dictator.

Apparently, only him, the media, and a few of those close to him seriously refuse to believe that his presidency is in trouble. And it is, because America can see through him and the media. But he shouldn’t feel totally alone, many of those around him are in trouble too. America will be making changes to both of the parties in the 2012 elections. We will be restoring the office of the President and we will be renewing our commitment to the Constitution, Declaration of Independence, and Bill of Rights.

Congress Made Useless, Again

Here, once again, our president is planning on ignoring congress and pushing his legislation through as though they don’t even exist. They were put there by our founding fathers to prevent a future leader from abusing his power and governing under dictatorship like practices and policies.

President Obama feels as if he is above the laws and does not have to abide by the very constitution that was established to protect the people, their rights, and freedoms. He says he wants “Democracy”, well, with his education, he should be smart enough to know that our country is a republic that operates under true democracy.

He ignored congress and the people to shove his healthcare reform down our throats. Then he ignored congress and started yet another war in Libya, this coming from a man who before becoming president was clearly anti-war. He may have very well violated the constitution in ordering a hit on an American, without due process. He encourages protest in the street to bring down our financial industry and economy. And now he is planning on shoving a jobs bill down our throats without congress, a bill that many from his own party could not agree with.

At what point will congress and the American voters stand up and say enough Mr President, you have gone too far. At what point will people and congress stop worrying about being called a racist and do their job, forget political correctness, stop worrying about their image, and stand up.

Maybe it is time for the American voter to stand in the streets with signs calling for this president to step down. Will the UN step in at that point and require his resignation like in Egypt, Yemen, Tunisia, and Libya? Will they issue an arrest warrant for him? Where is their “Right to Protect Act” ideology.

He is clearly ignoring our constitution and operating as a dictator, he has oppressed his people and the economy. He has caused disruption in other countries, created wars, assassinated his own citizens, and caused economic hardship on a global basis. He continues to push it, to see how far he can go. What else does he have to do? What else has to happen before congress will do something? Before we do something?

Americans Squeak Back

It is surprising how many people I have heard, mainly from the left of the left, saying that the US Constitution is outdated. That is both funny and sad all at once. What does that say about these left of the left people? The foundation that America’s Constitution, Bill of Rights, and Declaration of Independence were built on, comprised of religion, values, morals, and ethics. However, for those who don’t believe in God, Christ, or any other form of higher power, for the sake of argument, we will remove religion from the equation.

That leaves us values, morals, and ethics that the foundation still stands upon. Therefore, if you believe that these documents are outdated and need to be re-written, then it is because you are a person who simply does not have any values, morals, or ethics. And rewriting them in a manner that no longer encompasses these virtues, would allow you to feel better about yourself since you believe that you will no longer be violating these principles.

Many who have chosen to pursue a path in leadership, either in a public or private position, have elected to abandon these principles in order to achieve wealth, fame, and power. They use their power and influence into rewriting these documents and America’s history. They have been achieving this little pieces at a time, to go unnoticed and not draw to much attention, hoping they can achieve their goal.

Americans have sat back and let a few squeaky wheels suck up the oil and make these changes. At what point do we as Americans start “squeaking back”? The documents created by our founders is best left alone. If you are that dissatisfied with these documents and the principles they were built upon, then you need to either work on getting back your values, morals, and ethics, or you do retain the right to move to a country where none of these types of documents exist.
